18:30 - Thursday (alt. weeks)

An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Come enjoy the latin flare with me!

THE MIX

1830 - Thursday (alt. weeks)

The perfect combination of cardio and sculpt. Incorporating easy to follow hi/lo choreography and strength training. This workout is designed to improve strength, coordination and heart health. It is designed in 10 minute intervals making it a great doable workout. Sign up today!

TONE AND GROAN

18:30 - Tuesday (alt. weeks)

A class that is designed to improve strength and balance. Perfect for those with osteoporosis, those who want to build muscle or those who want to maintain muscle strength. This class has no impact and is suitable for everyone.

CHAIR STRENGTH

11:30 -  Tuesday
12:30 - Thursday

This class is conducted primarily sitting in a chair with short standing segments. The perfect class for those with physical limitations or those who are looking for gentle movement, strength exercises and increased flexibility

BALANCE,STRENGTH AND STRETCH

11:30 - Friday

This class incorporates the likes of yoga, ballet and pilates. The focus is on gentle strengthening movements incorporating balance. This class will leave you feeling long, strong and centered. 

GENTLE STRETCH

18:30 - Tuesday (alt. weeks)

Take off your socks and shoes and join me on your mat for this one. A nice way to end a long day. Gentle and relaxing. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat with me!
