I'm just an ordinary soul. Don't win many awards or come top in much. I'm mediocre at most. And though I lead multiple classes every day, I am no leader. I participate in lots and try my best in everything but simply put, I'm an average Jane only just trying to be an awesome Annie.
But let me share with you a daily achievement. Every day, when I find a little breathing space, I log on to "Wordle". A word game. Its' objective is to find a 5 letter word in a matter of 6 tries. Some days I fail miserably, some days I find the word instantly and some days I can sit for hours trying to figure it out. But when I find it, I feel like I've won first place or received a gold sticker on my forehead. I give myself a little pat on the back each time I solve it. Silly isn't it, but hey, in that little moment of time, I have achieved a little something, an insignificant something but a something never the less.
We should celebrate more the little achievements, the little successes. The world doesn't need to know about them, but recognize them for yourself and let them empower you. We are not all going to be winners, gold medallists, billionaires, top executives, leave those to the awesome Annie's. Those little wins, be it as simple as a game of Wordle, are good enough for this plain Jane.
